Billing Terms

These Billing Terms govern all financial transactions related to your use of AI Productivity Assistant – ChatCrafter web-based platform (the “Services”). By subscribing to the Services, you agree to these Billing Terms, which form part of the Terms of Use.

Nothing in these Billing Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory laws in your place of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

1. Billing Entity

You agree that the billing entity processing your payment may be different from the entity you contract with under our Terms of Use.

The entity responsible for billing is TWIN PINES LTD, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus (registration No. HE477382, with a registered office at Agias Zonis 12, Limassol, 3027, Cyprus (the “Billing Entity”).

The Billing Entity is responsible for: (i) providing payment receipts and transaction-related information as required by applicable law; (ii) facilitating payment transactions; and (iii) processing refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2. Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed on checkout. Displayed prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes will be shown before you complete your purchase, where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees, which are outside our control. We may change subscription prices from time to time. If you have an active subscription, we will provide notice of a price increase where required and feasible. Price changes apply no earlier than the start of your next billing period after the notice (or later, if required by law or platform rules). If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the increase takes effect.

3. Trial Access

We offer trial access to new users, which includes a limited number of AI interactions, image generations, and agent tasks as specified on our website. The trial is provided once per user account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trial access is prohibited.

No payment information is required to access the trial. At the end of the trial, access to premium features will be restricted unless a paid subscription is purchased.

4. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) at the then-current price shown at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

The renewal charge will be applied to the payment method on file.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit/debit card (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), Stripe, and PayPal (if available).

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, such as Stripe and PayPal. Your payment information is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due, including recurring charges (if applicable). If a payment fails, we may retry the charge as permitted by the payment provider and may suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

6. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.. Depending on your location, we may be required to collect VAT (EU), GST (Australia/Canada), or other taxes. The applicable tax amount will be calculated and displayed during checkout. It is your responsibility to comply with local tax laws regarding your purchase.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings: Go to Profile > Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription;

  • Contacting support: Email support@chatcrafter.ai

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

8. Payment Disputes and Failed Payments

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@chatcrafter.ai within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a correction.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available at https://chatcrafter.ai/refund-policy.

10. Third-Party Payment Platforms

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal, and your use of those payment methods may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for processing errors, service interruptions, or delays caused by those providers or your bank, and they may charge fees (for example, currency conversion or transaction fees). If you experience a payment issue, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve it.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice by email or through the Platform before it takes effect (and at least 30 days in advance for material price increases, where required by law). Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to the updated Billing Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect; your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Billing Terms.
