This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases and subscriptions made through the AI Productivity Assistant – ChatCrafter web platform operated by Twin Pines LTD, available at https://chatcrafter.ai and any related pages, subdomains, or features (the “WebApp” and the “Services”).

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Use and should be read together with them. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Use, this Refund Policy controls only with respect to refunds.

By making a purchase or starting a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

General Conditions

This Policy applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases made via our web checkout (including the WebApp and any related quiz or paywall pages); these purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

We may issue a refund where:

  • a technical issue on our side prevented access to the Services; or

  • you are otherwise entitled to a refund or withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a refund based on a technical issue, please contact us promptly after the issue occurs and provide details that help us verify the problem (such as the account email, transaction details, screenshots, and relevant error messages). We may ask you to try reasonable troubleshooting steps.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, refunds are not available solely because:

  • you changed your mind or did not like the Services,
  • you made an accidental purchase,
  • you forgot to cancel before a renewal,
  • you used part of a subscription period, or
  • access to non-subscription digital content or Services has already been provided.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • trial periods or trial-related charges (if any),
  • promotional or discounted purchases,
  • subscription renewal charges, or
  • partially used subscription periods.

We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period.

If you have a billing issue, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We may suspend access while disputes are investigated.

We may deny refund requests where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or repeated refund attempts.

2. EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content purchases. However, this right does not apply once digital content is delivered immediately, and you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right.

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

This does not affect your rights in case the digital content is defective or does not conform to applicable consumer protection laws.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@chatcrafter.ai.

We usually respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
